  • CALL FOR PAPER & POSTER

    Join us for the 7th Global Virtual Conference on Civil Engineering (GVCCE) 2024, with the theme:

    "Smart & Sustainable Infrastructure, Sustainable Cities, Professional Ethical Practices, and Geochemistry"

     

    The purpose of the conference is to integrate practice, research, and theoretical concepts to resolve civil engineering issues and its allied field, a record of the historical, theoretical, methodological, and technological advances in the Civil Engineering profession.

     

    Selected papers will be published in the the Global Journal of Civil Engineering (ISSN 2523-9597), it is an open access. The publication of the book of abstracts and the proceedings of the conference is on easychair and on this website.

     

    Important Dates:

    Submission Deadline for Abstract is on 7 November 2024

     

    Full paper acceptance notification is on 30 November 2024

     

    Revised Full paper submission deadline is on 14th December 2024

     

    Paper presentation runs online/virtual on 19 - 20 of December 2024

    Guide to Authors:
    The abstract should be 100-250 words which contains the introduction, methodology, and the results of the study. The paper should have 5 - 16 pages prepared in Microsoft Word format (.doc).
    Page format in A4(210 x297 mm) portrait set-up. The left, right, top, and bottom margins should be 30mm. Please do not use any headers, footers, or footnotes. No page numbers. Single column. All main text paragraphs, including the abstract, left and right justified. All texts will be in Times New Roman font. Font size for the title in 20 pt, author names in 13 pt, author affiliation in 12 pt, email address in 10 pt. Write the Abstract and Keywords in 13 pt. The section heading is 14 pt., subsections in 12 pt. and main text in 11 point. All interval - single.

     

    Order of paper: Title, Author, Affiliation, email address, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Section and sub-headings, text, table and figures (if any), Conclusions, Acknowledgements, References, Author's biography (50 words).

    Abstract Submission

    Q. How can I submit a new abstract?

    A. There are several common submission problems described below.

    • First of all, you should log in to the right conference. If you are a new EasyChair user, you have to register for an account to proceed, as shown above, Easychair account login.
    • If you follow a submission link from the conference Web site and see "Submission for this conference is closed", the conference does not accept new submissions. If this happens and you believe this is a mistake, you should contact gvcceaaa@gmail.com or mirzi.betasolo@pnguot.ac.pg
    • If you successfully logged in to your conference but the role displayed is different from the author, you should follow the menu tabs -> Change role. It will show you all the roles you have for this conference. If the author is not among these roles, then the conference does not accept new submissions
